    Replacement ZIPs — use filenames ending in -repacked.zip

    The original ZIPs failed macOS Archive Utility with Error 94. These replacements preserve all 14 framework symlinks and standard ZIP metadata; every regular file is byte-identical to the packaged app. Native extraction/launch remains UNVERIFIED until user testing. Packaging source: b1e2e18efa5f06207236cd49b896aac276bcba87.

    Unsigned macOS TEST ONLY — Apple Silicon (arm64) and Intel (x64). ZIP contains Alta Video Player.app. Built on Linux; macOS launch, Gatekeeper acceptance and playback are NOT yet verified. No signing or notarization. Do not disable Gatekeeper globally.

    Extract the matching ZIP, move the app to Applications and test launch, video/ZIP imports, playback, seeking, zoom and integrity verification. Report exact macOS errors. Production stable release remains unchanged.
